Connecting growers with buyers across the islands, negotiating fair terms that keep more value on the farm.

Specialty Produce Sourcing

Tracking down rare varietals, heirloom crops, and hard-to-find local harvests for chefs, retailers, and homes.

Farm & Ranch Support

Hands-on help with planning, logistics, and market access so small operations can grow with confidence.

Delivery

Reliable, route-optimized delivery that moves fresh product from field to shelf while it's still at its peak.

Vending & Pop-Ups

Mobile and stationary pop-up setups that bring local food directly to neighborhoods, offices, and events.

Packaged Foods

Shelf-stable and prepared items made from local ingredients, built for convenience without cutting corners.

Local Food Education

Workshops and resources that help communities understand where food comes from and why it matters.

Sustainability Consultation

Advising farms, restaurants, and stores on building resilient, lower-impact local supply pathways.

The Bigger Picture

Building the roads between farms and families.

Nacho Taco Meat started with a simple problem: too much good food grown in Hawaiʻi never makes it to the people who live here. Small farms and ranches struggle to reach stores and restaurants. Stores struggle to source consistently. Communities lose touch with where their food comes from.

Our work closes that gap — brokering produce, running delivery routes, and consulting on sustainability — while we build toward a lasting distribution network that keeps local food moving efficiently between farm, store, restaurant, and community, season after season.

On The Ground

Local food, brought to where people already are.

Pop-ups and vending routes put fresh, locally sourced food and packaged goods directly into neighborhoods — no middleman markup, no long supply chain, just what was harvested nearby, prepared well.

  • Curated pop-up menus built around what's in season locally
  • Vending setups for offices, events, and community gatherings
  • Hands-on food education woven into every stop
